if you want to use the pod instead of loose leaf, this is a good choice, quite weak if you use the travel mug size on your keurig b70 but the standard size is decent enough

This chamomile tea has a great flavor. I have a cup every evening before going to bed. It relaxes me and helps me to go sleep. (And making chamomile tea with K cups is so fast and easy!)

Chamomile is one of my favorite herbal products. I use it to help me relax before I go to sleep. This particular brand of chamomile tea has a powerful (though I wouldn’t say overpowering) taste. The convenience of a k-cup makes it ideal for a quick brew before bedtime and its taste is uniquely herbal and, to a certain degree, floral. This brand makes a very good tea and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to caffeinated teas.

I personally love Chamomile Teas especially the Chamomile Lemon. However, I am posting this as a service to others that may not be aware of an interaction between Chamomile Tea to prescribed drugs as Chozapine or Tricyclic (antidepresants), Propranolol (treating high blood pressure), Theophylline (a Bronchodilator), Tacrine (used to treat Alzheimers) and ASPIRIN USED AS THERAPY. Chamomile Teas contain contain coumarin which is an anticoagulant. Warfarin (used as an anticoagulant) is derived from coumadin.

Notice I say MAY interfere with these drugs as some cases have been reported from the interaction of Chamomile with these drugs. The amount of tea one may drink while using one of these drugs has not been established.
