This worked great and I was very very happy until someone accidently ran it through the dishwasher. It came with instructions not to do this, but not everyone read them. Unfortunately, the finish was greatly diminished by dishwashing. Otherwise, a great product.

I got this from Ross. I wanted to get another one but Ross no longer carries it. The silly thing is I didn’t notice the Primula brand printed on the black handle..I ended up buying bialetti because it looked preety much similar to Primula and soon I found out it was mistake!! Bialetti is just fine but the coffee keeps seeping through..which I don’t find it with Primula..I highly recommend this product.

I was delighted to find a stove top espresso maker on Amazon. I was surprised I had to throw away the first batch of coffee, but I did as instructed and the second batch was delicious. The electric makers concern me, I have no desire to blow myself up. I know, I should not feel that way, but I do and stove top is for me.

I’ve purchased two of these at my local kitchen shop in the last two weeks, and each has failed for different reasons. The first worked for a week, then stopped channeling hot water through the filter–you’d open the top, and there’d be nothing there. The store owner couldn’t have been nicer, and gave me another, thinking there was probably something wrong with the seal. This morning’s attempt yielded a melted handle–and this was over a low flame. I’m off to buy a Moka via Amazon this time.
